Face-to-face training
Face-to-face training takes place on site, on company premises. The content of each course is studied and adapted according to needs. It is possible to approach specific and business-oriented themes. Students benefit from a reassuring social context and from group cohesion that promotes learning. Each learner is regularly monitored and evaluated at the start and end of training in order to measure their progress. It also allows the company to have concrete measurement tools.
Classical face-to-face training
The two most common methods of face-to-face training are group lessons and individual lessons.
The courses in mini-groups, or One-to-Many, offer a dynamic, friendly environment with a good atmosphere. The trainer leads the session in front of several participants, grouped around common themes and objectives. Trainees have the opportunity to express themselves freely during face-to-face training in mini-groups, which promotes exchanges, improves oral fluency, strengthens persuasion skills, enriches vocabulary and improves interpersonal skills .
One-to-One is the best way to quickly identify the participant’s weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Thanks to the trainer's exclusive attention, progress is generally very rapid. This formula meets the needs of those who wish to achieve specific objectives as quickly as possible. Our face-to-face English training, for example, offers intensive preparation for the TOEIC or TOEFL exam.
Our face-to-face business training modules
In addition to the classic face-to-face training modules, we offer two more specific formulas.
The “Friday Business Lunch” formula is an original, efficient and modern solution for working a language in a relaxed atmosphere. Because it is the last day of the week, and lunch is a friendly moment, we offer workshops to improve your oral fluency over a meal. The trainer and the participants bring their meal and exchange only in the desired language. With this face-to-face training mode, the emphasis is on oral comprehension and expression.

Face-to-face training as part of a mixed program
Woospeak offers a variety of training methods, and you don't have to choose just one method. Face-to-face training can be used in addition to other training methods as part of a multimodal program, also called Blended Learning. By choosing to integrate it with other training methods, we optimize the speed and effectiveness of learning.
The Blended Learning is more and more requested and proposed in order to offer the learner all the advantages of each training mode. It will thus be possible to combine face-to-face group training with face-to-face video training, and self-training in e-learning, in order to benefit from the advantages of group work and individual work.
