How to choose the right training organization?
In videoconference training, also called webcam training, the trainer uses the phone (audio) and the Internet (visual) during the course. The teacher interacts with the screen in real time. It is based in particular on a digital flipchart, interactive animations, a chat system and works on documents that it transmits to learners. This is the principle of web conferencing. At the same time, the trainer talks to you via the landline phone.
This allows:
- strengthening students' motivation and monitoring them in real time
- providing a tailored response to the needs of learners
- increasing the effectiveness of the trainer's teaching

What are the advantages of distance learning compared to face-to-face training?
The remote training method via webcam or phone is particularly innovative. All education is provided by the Internet for sight and the telephone for audio. Telephone learning allows one to progress faster than traditional private lessons. In fact, during the classroom lessons, learners get used to the teacher's gestures and all non-verbal elements. In the context of distance learning, attention is paid to the teacher's voice, which requires the trainee's effort. Therefore, the telephone and the web conference bring a better result to learning. Many learners believe that traditional face-to-face lessons will allow them to easily answer the phone. Those learners are not used to the real situations encountered in everyday life.
Technically, what do I need to take remote language courses or office automation?
For video conferencing courses, you simply need
- a telephone
- a computer connected to the Internet
- possibly from a webcam
For e-learning courses, only one computer connected to the Internet is enough

The internet browser must support java. Most computers today can easily use web conferencing.
The technical specifications one needs for a videoconference course are:
- Computer with Windows operating system, with a processor of at least 1 Ghz.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer: version 5.0 or later, compatible with Mozilla, FireFox, Safari, Chrome
Am I supposed to pay for distance training calls?
No, it is the trainer to be calling you on your landline phone (for cell phones, please consult us).
Once registered, how can one follow distance learning and course hours?
After subscribing for a training package, our planning department will contact you to set up your first hour of the course. At the time proposed, the trainer will call you on your landline phone and takes you in charge during class time.
I am responsible for training, how do I know where each employee is in his training?
You can have access to a dedicated space within our management platform.
You can view globally how many hours have been carried out or know, for each employee, how many hours he has already carried out and how many hours he has left.
You can directly check everything.
If some employees have not completed all their training hours, what do we do with the remaining hours?
Training hours not completed are systematically postponed. If, despite everything, there are some unutilised hours that you wish not to transfer, you will be reimbursed. You only pay for what you use.
What if I am not satisfied with my learning at distance or face-to-face training?
If you are not satisfied with the courses, you are entitled to stop when you wish. Future lessons will be refunded to you.
