Training at distance and face-to-face training

In order to ensure quality in teaching and procedures, Woospeak, a training center in English, languages ​​and office business, has defined a precise educational process.

A very flexible organization for tailored training

For our face-to-face training, we agree on a program based on your needs and constraints.

For our videoconference and training on the phone, the courses are suited according to the learner's schedule, who plans them directly with his trainer.
The trainer will receive a confirmation email and the student receives a reminder email 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
At the time of the course, the trainer calls the student, they both connect to their interface and the training module begins.

For our e-learning training, it is the learner who freely chooses his/her training times.

Monitoring your education and your learners

For our face-to-face training, we agree on a program based on your needs and constraints.

Woospeak has developed real-time monitoring tools, as to facilitate administrative procedures and training management. Therefore, an online space is dedicated to you, where you can have access to your dashboard:

  • Globally: training agreements, audit reports, educational program, number of employees participating to the program, learner's program, monthly activity reports, satisfaction questionnaire.
  • On an individual level: for each learner, number of hours planned, number of hours completed, number of hours remaining, comments from the trainer, signed participation certificates, initial and final evaluations, progress report.
