Satisfaction with our language and office training
Woospeak, specialized training organization, offers since 2006 English training, German, Spanish and other languages training, as well as office automation training . We attach particular importance to the satisfaction of our learners and our customers. Also, we have implemented means allowing us to measure the satisfaction of our tailor-made training courses .
Our quality department analyzes the satisfaction questionnaires validated by the various trainees daily. Our overall satisfaction rate is close to 94%.
Satisfaction questionnaires are filled out by trainees after 5 hours of training, then every 10 hours and at the end of training.
These questionnaires are analyzed by our educational and quality unit.
We trigger actions as soon as a satisfaction feedback totals less than 80%.
The quality department then offers a telephone interview with the participant in order to obtain maximum details on the points to be improved.
The learners' assessments are then passed on to all of the respective departments, with a view to constant improvement: pedagogy, technique, communication and organization.
Whether it's an online English course , a Office 365 training u> , webcam training or face-to-face training < / a>, we are constantly looking to improve our quality level.
