Our English, language and office automation training assessment process

In order to be able to assess the learner's progress and the quality of our distance learning and face-to-face training , we follow a specific assessment procedure.

Each training course, whether individual or group courses, is subject to an initial audit and an end-of-course report. For routes longer than 20 hours, we add a mid-term progress report.

Initial assessment at the start of training

moyens d'Ă©valuation des formations woospeak

An initial one-hour face-to-face audit assesses the learner's level and provides him with an equivalence for language training (English Toeic, Bulats and CECR). The points assessed are oral comprehension and expression, written and oral comprehension, vocabulary used and mastery of grammar. For office training , the points assessed depend on the software requested.
The evaluation report is then returned to the training manager.

Each learner is assessed at the start of training to define:

  • training objectives: acquire and consolidate new skills
  • The program developed according to the objective;
  • the pace of training
  • the needs related to his level and his operational needs related to his workstation

We therefore offer real tailor-made training.

Final evaluation at the end of training

After training in English , German, office automation or other, it is evaluated in order to identify the achievement of objectives.
There are two types of assessment. One, called "hot", is done immediately after the training and allows a first level of appreciation on the educational content of the training that has just been followed. This first assessment can be supplemented by a so-called assessment. "Cold", carried out several weeks or even months after the training.

The hot assessment allows to know the degree of satisfaction of the trainee on the conditions of organization of the training, its course, its content ...
It is a question of evaluating:

  • The program developed according to the objective;
  • Matching expectations;
  • The organization and interest of the content;
  • The methods and quality of the animation;
  • The media used;
  • The unfolding conditions
