Module 2: Updating an existing schedule
- Saving an initial schedule
- Display of the initial planning in the Gantt Chart
- Display of a data table showing the difference between the initially planned dates and the newly entered dates
- Enter the project update date in the “Project information” dialog box
- Entering an actual start date in the "Update Tasks" dialog
- Calculation of the automatic update according to the update date
- Manual corrections of the automatic update

Module 3: Publication of planning and progress reports
- Configuration of the Gantt Chart “Tracking” for printing

Module 4: Modification of an existing schedule
- Planning analysis: start and end dates, duration
- Saving and viewing a temporary schedule
- Analysis of changes to be made: change in task duration, change of dates, change of links

- Creation or modification of links: From End to start to another type of link, insertion of a deadline

Module 7: Need Analysis
- Transcription of the project “in real life” into information to enter into the software (analogous to analysis before application development)
- Entering general information about the project: planning forward or backward, start or end date, project calendar
Module 8: Entering or importing tasks
- Entering tasks in the Gantt Chart table or in the Task Table
- Or import tasks by copy paste from a spreadsheet
- Entering task durations
Module 9: Creation of the WBS
- Creation of different levels of summary tasks to organize the project into several parts more easily
- Choice of WBS display: numbers, symbols, project summary task
Module 10: Task planning
- Entering planning constraints and corresponding dates
- Creation of links between tasks: link from End to Start
- Modification of the link from End to Initial start: creation of a link from Start to Start or from End to End,
- insertion of a delay in the link
Module 11: Displaying the critical path
- Using the Gantt Chart Wizard to display the critical path of the project
- Analysis of the critical path and discovery of the concepts of critical and non-critical tasks
Module 12: Publication of the schedule
- Configuring the Gantt Chart for printing
- Print settings, then print
